Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize power electronic circuits and systems, including rectifiers, inverters, DC-DC converters, and high-frequency power supplies.
- Prepare electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and PCB-level documentation using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Perform circuit simulation and validation using software such as MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, PSpice, or equivalent simulation platforms.
- Select and size power electronic components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC/GaN devices, transformers, inductors, capacitors, gate drivers, and protection circuits based on application requirements.
- Develop control and protection circuits for high-power and high-frequency electronic systems.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Prepare test plans, inspection protocols, and validation procedures for Production and Quality teams.
- Conduct prototype testing, performance evaluation, thermal analysis, efficiency measurements, and system validation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during assembly, testing, commissioning, and field operation of power electronic equipment.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing.
- Prepare operation manuals, technical reports, test reports, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support and training to production technicians, service engineers, and junior engineers.
- Stay updated with advancements in power semiconductor technologies, magnetics, control techniques, and relevant IEC/IS safety standards.
Preferred Candidate ProfileQualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Power Electronics.
- CGPA above 6.5 (preferred).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Power Electronics design, testing, or product development.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic fundamentals and relevant project/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Analog Electronics.
- Experience in designing and analyzing converters, inverters, rectifiers, SMPS, and high-frequency power supplies.
- Knowledge of switching devices such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC, and GaN devices.
- Familiarity with magnetic component design (transformers and inductors).
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, PSpice, or equivalent simulation tools.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Understanding of protection circuits, thermal management, EMI/EMC considerations, and electrical safety.
- Knowledge of electrical testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters, LCR meters, and function generators.
- Exposure to industrial standards and testing procedures is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
