About the Role
NeoTokyo Kochi is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Account Managers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, IT pass-outs, and young professionals who are passionate about technology, customer engagement, and sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing client accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales opportunities across our technology solutions portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell products, accessories, warranties, service plans, and business solutions.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotations, and opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement and technical teams regarding pricing and product availability.
- Track quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Ensure complete documentation of customer requirements, quotations, and sales records.
- Assist in order processing and project coordination.
CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM and lead tracking systems daily.
- Maintain complete records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and closures.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and tracked accurately.
Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with service, inventory, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and deliveries.
- Assist with post-sales coordination and customer support when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
EligibilityEducation
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BE, BA, BSc, MBA, MCA, or equivalent).
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- IT, Engineering, Business, and Commerce graduates are welcome.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Retail Sales, or Account Management.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
