Job Description:
- Experience in planning and designing or operating service providers or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
- Knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP,OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
- You possess expert-level expertise in Routing, Switching including L2/L3 protocols and SDWAN products (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba).
- Knowledge of Linux administration.
- Hands-on experience in public and private cloud technologies such as AWS,Azure, Open stack, and VMware is desirable.
- Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customers, ensuring that configurations are optimized.
- Manage customers’ configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high-priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements.
- Handle customers’ technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries.
- Ensuring SD-WAN network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
- Participate in critical maintenance windows, and to open and track TAC cases through to problem resolution on pre and post-production issues.
- To raise equipment, Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and to track these through to problem resolution.
- Acting as technical lead in cooperation with presales and project management teams
- Leading and building relationships with engineering teamsSupport knowledge sharing and training, both internally and with customer teams.

Skillsets:
- Design and implement SD-WAN network configurations.
- Provide insights and recommendations regarding customers’ networks and their optimization.
- Demonstrated work experience as either a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect,Pre-Sales SE or Network Consulting Engineer preferred.
- Knowledge in architecting and/or managing large-scale, high-performing, and resilient Enterprise networking solutions.
- Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services.
- You will partner with the Account Managers to understand customer pain points and conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews in addition to conducting product presentations of Lavelle Solutions.
- You will architect, design, and propose Lavelle SDWAN network solutions to capture additional sales.Validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features.

- Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support.
- Author white papers on technology and product.
