An Electrical Shift Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment during assigned shifts.Key Responsibilities
- Operation and Monitoring: Oversee electrical systems such as HT/LT power distribution, transformers, motors, and switchgear to ensure continuous and safe operation
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
- Equipment Testing and Installation: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards simplyhired .
