Job Title: L2 CBS FLEXCUBE Application / Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor application health, identify recurring issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Execute application deployments, patch validations, and release support.
- Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Support batch jobs, interfaces, and daily banking operations.
- Prepare RCA reports, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support and production release activities.
Must-Have Skills (5 Points):
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking (CBS).
- Experience in L2 Application/Production Support.
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with Incident, Problem & Change Management and SLA-based support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
