Manage customer relationship with commercial laundry clients
Handle customer queries and complaints & customer follow ups
Coordinate with Production, Quality & Logistics teams.
Monitor linen pickup and delivery requirements
Resolve issues related to shortages, damages, quality and rewash
Conduct client visits and collect feedback
Maintain client records and service reports
Support client retention and business growth.
