Job Summary
Bwareta Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Hardware & Support Executive to provide technical support, maintain computer hardware, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, hardware maintenance, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to end users for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot internet, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular hardware maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, keyboards, and monitors.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
- Assist in data backup and recovery operations.
- Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networking.
- Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account management is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
