Key Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, and permit-related documentation.
- Coordinate with RTO authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Manage road tax payments, fitness certificates, and permit renewals.
- Process vehicle insurance, hypothecation, and NOC documentation.
- Maintain records of vehicle registrations and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Track renewal dates and prevent document expirations.
- Liaise with fleet operators, drivers, dealers, and government officials.
- Prepare reports related to vehicle compliance and registration status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred).
- Knowledge of RTO procedures, transport regulations, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, automobile, or transport operations is an advantage.
Experience
- Typically 1–5 years of experience in RTO operations, logistics, fleet management, or automobile administration.
