Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, social media and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's IT products/services effectively.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and basic sales reports as required.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams to understand and communicate IT solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Participate actively in sales meetings and company management activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager / Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients over phone and email.
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software products and services is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to learn IT technologies and company offerings.
- Should be active, smart, confident and have a pleasing personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualification Required:
Any Graduate / MBA-Marketing / MBA-Sales / BBA / BCA / BE / B.Tech
