- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects from concept to commissioning.
- Interface with clients to understand project needs and provide technical solutions.
- Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Attend client meetings, pre-bid discussions, and site visits as required.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, provide troubleshooting support.
