Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Responsibilities:
Kido is looking for a Lead Teacher to join their international school team. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with highly motivated and curious young children, and create a learning environment that fosters their cognitive, social, physical and creative development. Responsibilities

Design and implement a curriculum that is engaging, developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive

Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the learning needs of all children

Plan and facilitate activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, social and creative development

Provide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters positive relationships and emotional well-being

Maintain ongoing communication with parents to update them on children's progress and share best practices for home and school learning

Support and mentor staff members to promote a positive learning culture and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience teaching young children

Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia or Waldorf Steiner educational approaches

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
