Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Cleaning
Supervise housekeeping teams across all three shifts
Conduct daily inspections of production areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas
Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage cleaning supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
Catering & Canteen Operations
Oversee canteen services for all shifts (day/evening/night)
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Coordinate meal timings and menu planning
Address employee feedback on food services
Pest Control & Waste Management
Schedule and monitor pest control activities
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
Maintain compliance with environmental regulations
Coordinate with authorized waste disposal vendors
Vendor Management
Manage soft services vendors and contractors
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs
Process invoices and maintain vendor records
Conduct periodic vendor audits
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to factory safety protocols
Maintain documentation for audits and inspections
Conduct safety briefings for soft services staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Staff Coordination
Coordinate with teams across all three shifts
Manage attendance and scheduling
Conduct training on hygiene and safety standards
Handle performance evaluations
Budget Control
Monitor soft services expenses
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure services delivered within approved budget
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or related field
2 -3 years' experience in soft services/facility management
Experience in manufacturing or 24/7 operational environments preferred
Strong knowledge of housekeeping, catering, and hygiene standards
Excellent vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment24/7 manufacturing facility
May require working across different shifts
Must be available for emergencies
