Location: Bhopal
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Manager to oversee and manage all desktop publishing activities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and finalizing high-quality educational content, including study materials, test papers, and promotional creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 5-6 DTP Operator and alloted to work according to required
- Manage end-to-end DTP operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in layout and design
- Supervise and guide the DTP team for timely delivery of projects
- Ensure error-free content formatting (alignment, fonts, spacing, symbols, diagrams, etc.)
- Coordinate with faculty and content teams for updates and corrections
- Maintain standard templates and branding guidelines
- Handle printing coordination and ensure quality output
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, MS Word
- Strong understanding of formatting for academic/technical content (especially Maths, Physics, Chemistry)
- Good knowledge of fonts, layouts, and print-ready file preparation
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a leadership role in coaching Industry.(educational sector preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching institutes or publishing houses
- Familiarity with mathematical equation typing tools (MathType, LaTeX is a plus)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
