We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business opportunities, and promoting clientss digital marketing and business listing solutions to both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Meet business owners, entrepreneurs, retailers, SMEs, and individual customers to explain Justdial's products and services.
- Sell digital advertising, premium listings, lead generation, and online marketing solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer onboarding.
B2B Sales Responsibilities:
- Acquire new SME, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and service-based businesses.
- Promote business listing, digital marketing, and lead generation solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
B2C Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach individual customers for relevant service offerings.
- Educate customers about available products and subscription services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG Sales, Telecom Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, EdTech Sales, Real Estate Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
