Facility Incharge will be responsible for overall facility operations in the hospital including Housekeeping, Security, Drivers, and Maintenance teams. The role requires ensuring cleanliness, safety, discipline, and smooth day-to-day operations across the facility. Candidates from the hotel industry are preferred due to exposure to hospitality and facility management standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Housekeeping, Security, Drivers, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the hospital premises.
- Monitor attendance, duty rosters, grooming, and discipline of all reporting staff.
- Conduct regular facility rounds and inspections.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth security operations including visitor management and access control.
- Monitor driver deployment, vehicle movement, and vehicle upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Ensure availability of housekeeping and maintenance materials.
- Maintain records related to facility operations and team performance.
- Handle escalations related to facility and support services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organizational standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and management reviews.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
- Drive accountability and operational discipline among support staff.
Pay: ₹30,000.50 - ₹35,000.09 per month
