Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Coordination to support our growing B2B business. This role will act as the operational backbone of the sales function, owning inbound lead management, SME account closures, and end-to-end coordination across internal teams. This is an opportunity to be part of a new and evolving B2B vertical, where the incumbent will contribute to building processes and systems from the ground up, including CRM integration.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Inbound Lead Management
- Manage and respond to inbound leads
- Ensure quick first response within defined SLAs
- Qualify leads and maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversion
- Track and update lead status systematically
2. SME Account Ownership
- Independently manage SME accounts
- Handle multiple deal cycles simultaneously
- Build relationships for repeat business and renewals
- Ensure high responsiveness and faster turnaround
3. Pre-Sales Coordination
- Prepare, review, and refine client quotations
- Handle multiple iterations and client-specific requirements
- Coordinate internally for pricing, product configurations, and feasibility
- Support closure through timely follow-ups
4. Order Processing & Execution
- Create SKUs and ensure system readiness
- Coordinate with:
○ Sourcing team for procurement
○ Category team for product listings and stock allocation
○ Operations team for delivery/pick up scheduling
- Track production timelines and highlight delays
- Punch orders into the system with high accuracy
- Monitor order lifecycle until completion
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Category, Sourcing, and Operations
- Manage dependencies arising from shared/dynamic inventory systems
- Ensure alignment on timelines and availability
- Proactively resolve bottlenecks
6. Client Communication
- Handle client interactions over phone and email
- Manage requirement discussions, follow-ups, and updates
- Ensure a professional and responsive communication experience
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Track client subscriptions and renewals
- Support periodic business reporting and forecasting
- Own data accuracy and reporting across the sales lifecycle
- Maintain structured records of quotes, orders, and sales performance
8. CRM & Process Development
- Work closely with internal teams to build and integrate B2B requirements into the CRM system
- Help define workflows for lead management, order tracking, and reporting
- Contribute to building scalable processes for the B2B business
Candidate Profile :
Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
- Experience in B2B businesses preferred
- Exposure to furniture/interiors/rental industry is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience handling clients over phone and email
- Excellent communication skills:
- English (mandatory)
- Hindi (preferable)
- Additional local language(s) preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
