Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven, and experienced Senior Store Executive to lead by example on the sales floor, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong retail sales experience, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to support store operations while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer experience, or store operations.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, footwear, accessories, or retail brands preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
