Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (sourcing to offer).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Dice, etc.), referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and immigration teams for visa-related hiring (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
