About the Role
SourceStack Group is seeking experienced and highly motivated US Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US Staffing, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and/or Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates against client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems.
Required Qualifications
- 1.5-3 years of experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Experience working with IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
