Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting & Finance Executive to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, be eager to learn, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Support in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Help with basic financial analysis and data entry for budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Compliance & Audit:
- Support tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.
- Help in preparing audit schedules and coordinating with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
General Admin & Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with internships can apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Attributes
- Internships or academic projects in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Effective communication and time management skills.
