Job Description

Supervise daily operations of restaurants, cafés, bars, banquet services, and room service.

Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and timely service.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.

Train, motivate, and supervise service staff.
-
Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.

Minimize wastage and control operational costs.

Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.

Assist in planning promotions, special events, and banquet functions.

Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.

Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service.

2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, or Clubs).

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.

Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and inventory management.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and guest relationship management skills.

Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.

Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hospitality software).

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-
Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality-related training will be an added advantage.
