KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Calendar, Scheduling & Coordination
- Accompany and assist the Reporting Manager to all program venues, meetings, and business calls.
- Maintain and manage the Training Calendar, including dates, timings, and venues for all sessions and events.
- Schedule and coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and Personal Counselling (PC) sessions.
- Inform PC clients about session date, time, and venue, and take timely confirmations from them.
- Monitor and ensure all logistics and arrangements are in place for E-Gurukul sessions, monthly meetings, and PCs.
2. Communication & Correspondence
- Monitor, manage, and respond to emails on behalf of the Reporting Manager in a professional and timely manner.
- Write accurate and comprehensive minutes of all sessions, monthly meetings, and PC interactions.
- Attend to special client requests and complaints and coordinate prompt and professional responses.
3. Program Support & Documentation
- Prepare and organize session strategies, topic outlines, and reference materials to be covered in every session.
- Ensure that relevant files, documents, and presentations are sent to the Reporting Manager well in advance of each event.
- Maintain systematic records of all programs, sessions, client interactions, and reports.
4. Sales Support & Client Engagement
- Identify and proactively seize sales opportunities during sessions and monthly meetings.
- Support the Reporting Manager in follow-ups with clients and prospects as directed.
- Be open and willing to transition into a business development role in the future as required.
DESIRED PROFILE & SKILLS
- High energy, enthusiastic, and genuinely keen to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is an advantage.
- Strong command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to create well-structured and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and manage diverse groups of people.
- Passionate about reading, self-improvement, and continuous learning.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willing to travel and work flexible or extended hours when required.
- Open to moving into a Business Development role in the future.
