About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development and execution of RenalOS. The role requires strong product thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with engineering, clinical, hardware, data, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, technical specifications, and scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap, prioritisation, backlog, and feature lifecycle.
- Translate business and clinical problems into clear product requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, databases, integrations, system design, and data flows.
- Define requirements for device connectivity, real-time data, notifications, user roles, permissions, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand workflows and convert them into digital processes.
- Work with Data/AI teams on dashboards, analytics, alerts, and decision-support features.
- Coordinate with QA and lead UAT, testing, releases, and product deployment.
- Identify edge cases, technical risks, workflow gaps, and opportunities for automation.
- Track product adoption, performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management.
- Strong experience working with engineering and technology teams.
- Excellent PRD and requirement-writing skills.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, system architecture, and data flows.
- Experience managing products with complex workflows and multiple user types.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-ambiguity environment.

Ideal Candidate
A technical product thinker who can understand clinical problems, convert them into structured digital workflows, work with engineers to build solutions, coordinate UAT and deployment, and measure the real-world impact of the product.
You will own the problem, product definition, execution, and outcome—not just the feature backlog.
Pay: ₹56,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
