Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Follow-ups, Customer Engagement, and Client Relationship Management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels.
- Explain project details, pricing, and key features to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements and preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested prospects.
- Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding projects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and customer feedback.
- Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through effective relationship management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
