- High-Volume/High-Value Sales: Reach out to potential customers to pitch, demonstrate, and sell products or services, focusing on closing deals and meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Qualify inbound leads and manage pipelines, ensuring high "speed-to-lead" (e.g., <15 minutes) and minimizing leakage in the sales funnel.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor recommendations, handling objections effectively to secure sales, particularly for premium or complex services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- CRM & Reporting: Accurately update CRM software with client information, interaction notes, and call outcomes.
- Mentorship: Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and helping to set or meet team sales KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience (often 1–3 years) as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting targets.
