We are seeking a seasoned Vinyl Installer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute vinyl installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of vinyl installers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and timelines, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced vinyl installation techniques to deliver exceptional finishes and durability.
- Manage project timelines and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of installations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve installation processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vinyl installation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of vinyl materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Experience in managing and leading teams in a construction or installation environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
