Key Requirements – Senior BI Developer / SalesOps Specialist
- Tableau Expertise (5+ years):
Strong hands-on experience in Tableau with current, active usage is mandatory. The candidate should be proficient in building interactive dashboards, creating complex visualizations, optimizing performance, and translating business requirements into impactful data stories. Experience in handling large datasets and implementing best practices in data visualization is expected.
- Snowflake Experience (3–5 years):
Solid working knowledge of Snowflake, including data modeling, querying, and performance tuning. The candidate should be comfortable working with cloud-based data warehouses, writing efficient SQL queries, and integrating Snowflake with BI tools like Tableau.
- Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, leadership, and technical teams. The candidate should be able to gather requirements, provide insights, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions.
- Communication & Solution-Oriented Approach:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to understand business problems and act as a solution provider by delivering meaningful insights, recommendations, and data-driven strategies to end users.
- Domain Expertise:
Prior experience working in domains such as Finance, Revenue, Sales, or Market Operations is required. Understanding of business KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs in these domains will be critical for success in this role.
