Job Summary
We are hiring Junior and Senior Audit Executives for our Pune location. The role involves conducting stock audits, damage audits, and inventory audits across multiple warehouse locations. Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry are preferred. Freshers are welcome for the Junior role. Candidates should be willing to travel as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits at warehouse locations.
- Perform damage audits and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile stock records and prepare audit reports.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams during audit activities.
- Travel to different warehouse and depot locations as required.
- Maintain audit documentation using Microsoft Excel.
Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Audit Executive: Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Senior Audit Executive: 2–5 years of experience in stock audit, inventory audit, or damage audit.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
