Salesforce Trainee (6 Months Internship with PPO)
Location: Bhopal (Onsite – IT Park)
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months
PPO: Up to ₹2.5 LPA (Based on Performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and career-oriented Salesforce Trainee who is eager to build expertise in Salesforce Development and Administration. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want hands-on exposure to live projects.
During the internship period, you will work closely with senior Salesforce Developers and Admins on real-time implementations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work on Salesforce CRM fundamentals (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- Assist in configuring objects, fields, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports
- Support customization using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC exposure preferred)
- Work on data management activities (Data Loader, data import/export, cleanup)
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with senior team members on active client projects
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions
- Prepare for Salesforce certifications (Admin / PD1 preferred)
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (Admin / Developer basics)
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components is a plus
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
