Sunshine Gifts and Stationers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing & Purchase Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in billing operations, purchase management, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales and purchase bills accurately
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records
- Create and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and payments
- Maintain stock and purchase records
- Perform billing and purchase reconciliation
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of transactions
- Support day-to-day billing and procurement operations
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in billing, purchasing, or a related field
- Good knowledge of billing processes, purchase procedures, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
