Position: Service Engineer
Field Service & Maintenance Engineer – Industrial Air Compressors, Dryers
Experience: 1- 3 Years’ Experience in Industrial Air Compressors, AC, Generator Field.
Work Location: Erode / Coimbatore/ Salem
Salary: Freshers 12K- 20K / Per Month Take Home depends on knowledge and relevant Experience

Skill Required:
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mech, EEE), Diploma Mech, EEE
- Industrial Air compressor, Service Engineer, Service Executive, Service Advisor, Customer Support Engineer. Equipment Service, Spares Sales
- Customer Support Knowledge in Working Excel, PPT, Word & Outlook.
- Being able to travel frequently.
- Having excellent problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical knowledge
- Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Any Capital Equipment Service
- Knowledge or Experience in Refrigeration Air Compressors, Industrial air Compressors, Dryers, Filters, Drives, Panels, Airend Service and Maintenance
- Industrial Equipment (Capital goods) Pre-commissioning & Erection, Creating Maintenance Procedures, Basic troubleshooting, Service Break down, Installation, General service, repair and maintenance
- Diagnosing compressors faults and resolve the issue.
- Preparation Spares Quotation Service Visit Plans & Reports Preparation.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance
- Carry out planned maintenance on air compressors, systems and ancillary products.
- Attending equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts needed and complete repairs.
- Complete relevant paperwork in detail, ensuring the paperwork is clear, accurate and legible.
- Keeping the customer informed and ensure all work completed is done with their approval.
- Keep & submit adequate and up-to-date reports that outline problems they have resolved and
- how they fixed an issue. Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
- Discuss service contracts-AMC with clients. Present the benefits of such contracts, negotiate
renewal terms, and outline what services are attached to specific types of contracts.
- Maintain daily work reports of sites and manage records of warranty visits, AMC visits, and complaints etc.
- Develops and maintains relations with customers and resolves issue.
- Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.
- Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same to concerned team for further processing.
- Coordinate with concerned team for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc. till the material reach customer site.
- Ensuring compliance with safety legislation at work sites
