This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Sales Head at Cosma Therapeutics, located in Noida. Responsibilities include developing and executing direct-to-consumer sales strategies, managing accounts, leading a sales team, monitoring team performance to meet targets, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. The D2C Sales Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Strong Team Management and leadership skills to develop, guide, and motivate sales professionals effectively.
Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain client relationships and present strategies effectively.
Prior experience in D2C sales channels and a background in healthcare or therapeutics is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
