B.E chemical Engineer with 5-10 years of Experience.
Job Description :
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day plant activities, including process monitoring, equipment performance, and startup/shutdown procedures.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (EHS), environmental regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate shift personnel (operators/technicians), including task allocation and on-the-job training.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot process deviations or technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and prevent accidents.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and documentation (MIS/SAP) for management review.
- Coordination: Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless production handovers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
