Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on policy interpretation, compliance requirements, and best practices. Conduct internal audits and assessments to measure adherence to policies and regulatory standards, identifying areas for corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align policies with business objectives, legal requirements, and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure policies are revised accordingly to mitigate compliance risks. Prepare reports and documentation to communicate policy performance, compliance trends, and improvement initiatives to management.
