Rakin Interior Design Studio is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, coordinating with the sales and design teams, and contributing to the company's growth.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the interior design team to understand client requirements.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain customer data and sales reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- BBA / MBA / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Interest in interior design and architecture industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
