We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth store operations. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure proper stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Issue materials and products according to company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
- Follow company safety standards and store management policies.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and prevent stock losses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
