Job Requirements*
Define and own the target architecture, technology strategy, and modernization roadmap for the EQMS platform.
Lead the transformation from legacy monolithic systems to a multi- tenant, service-oriented SaaS architecture.
Architect core platform capabilities, including:
o Identity and tenant management
o Workflow and rules engines
o Integration and interoperability frameworks
o Event-driven services and messaging
o Enterprise data architecture and observability
o Edge and external system integrations
Design upgrade-safe extensibility models using metadata-driven configuration, APIs, and extension services.
Champion secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles across the platform lifecycle.
Establish engineering excellence standards for:
o CI/CD and DevSecOps
o Automated testing and quality engineering
o Reliability, scalability, and operational resilience
Drive adoption of common architecture patterns across EQMS domains such as:
o CAPA
o Deviations
o Nonconformance
o Change Control
o Audits
o Document Control
o Supplier Quality
o Training Management
Lead architecture governance, mentor senior architects and engineering leaders, and influence enterprise-wide technology decisions.
Build trusted partnerships with executive leadership and cross- functional stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities*
Proven success leading large-scale modernization and re-platforming initiatives from monolithic applications to cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS berribot jd version 3 platforms.
Deep expertise in:
o Microservices architecture
o Event-driven systems
o API-first platform design
o Distributed systems engineering
Strong background in enterprise data architecture, including:
o Transactional services
o Streaming and event processing
o Analytics and lakehouse architectures
o AI/ML enablement strategies
Experience working in regulated industries with frameworks such as:
o 21 CFR Part 11
o GxP
o GDPR
o ITAR (preferred)
Demonstrated leadership in enterprise transformation programs involving multiple engineering and business teams.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution.
