About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a Game Supervisor to support day-to-day gaming floor operations and deliver a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer-facing operations and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily gaming and arcade floor operations
- Lead and coordinate on-floor staff to ensure smooth execution of operations
- Deliver excellent guest service and professionally handle customer concerns
- Monitor operational standards, floor readiness, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Support guest engagement and revenue-driving initiatives
- Maintain shift reports and operational updates
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service Operations
- Experience handling teams and day-to-day floor operations preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Kannada language proficiency required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Graduate or Diploma preferred
