In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop, manage, and implement the work of our teams, dedicated to deploying our products for the Oil and Gas industry. This includes managing existing implementations and conducting internal R&D initiatives.
- Apply analytical skills to resolve customers’ requests/issues.

- Review technical build specifications.
- Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Triage and track issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to understand project technologies, systems, and processes.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and achieve high customer happiness.
- Document client operational procedures and needs.
- Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
- Provide technical support to various client groups.
- Assist in the planning and development of business processes and systems.
- Exhibit outstanding collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, judgment, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Write user documentation as needed.
- Coordinate and conduct client training sessions (both formal and informal).
- Provide post-go-live support.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in software development.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or technical equivalent.
- Knowledge of internet-based systems, including experience developing web-based applications.
- 5+ years working with C# development, in addition to a minimum of 1 year involving ASP.NET. Familiarity with Windows Services, WCF services, or WEB API would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/JSON, and/or other programming languages and tools. Exposure to MVC, WPF, Entity Framework, JavaScript Frameworks, Java/J2EE, or log4net is advantageous.
- Development and orchestration experience in SQL Server 2012 or later. Understanding of TSQL, composing stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. Experience with Oracle and/or other relational database management systems, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB, is a plus.
- Familiarity with managing and setting up Windows Internet Information Services (IIS). Previous exposure to Windows MSMQ, Active Directory / ADAM / ADLDS / LDAP is beneficial.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and report designing tools such as Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft SSRS.
- Experience developing custom interfaces between software solutions using Web API / Web Services, Microsoft SSIS, OLEDB, XML, PIDEX, CSV, or Excel. Knowledge of SCADA, OSI PI, and other historians is beneficial.

- Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Experience with Visio and Access.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and presentation software.
- Solid technical experience and business insight to assist the team in comprehending, assessing, analyzing, and tackling business needs.
- Experience with new product development and release cycles in a Professional Services/Technology Solutions environment, especially with distributed and overseas teams.
