Steve's AI Lab is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. If you have experience in IT services sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant platforms
- Manage the complete IT sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fresher-2 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
