Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CAE Analyst to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing finite element analysis (FEA), durability, crashworthiness, structural, and nonlinear simulations to support product development activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in pre-processing, model building, simulation execution, result interpretation, and design optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate finite element models for structural, durability, crash, and nonlinear analysis.
- Perform CAE simulations to evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety.
- Create quality meshes and ensure compliance with CAE modeling guidelines.
- Conduct linear and nonlinear simulations using industry-standard solvers.
- Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to optimize designs.
- Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings to stakeholders.
- Support product validation activities and correlate simulation results with physical testing.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Required Technical SkillsOption 1: ANSA + LS-DYNA
- Proficiency in ANSA for geometry clean-up, meshing, model preparation, and quality checks.
- Strong experience in LS-DYNA for:
- Crash Analysis
- Impact Analysis
- Occupant Safety
- Explicit Dynamics
- Nonlinear Structural Simulations
- Knowledge of material modeling, contact definitions, and boundary conditions.
Option 2: Abaqus + HyperMesh
- Proficiency in HyperMesh for FE model generation, meshing, and model validation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Abaqus for:
- Static Structural Analysis
- Nonlinear Analysis
- Durability Analysis
- Contact and Material Nonlinearity
- Fatigue and Life Assessment
- Experience in result interpretation using Abaqus CAE and HyperView.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
