The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the cinema premises, including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, food court areas, offices, and public spaces. The role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate work schedules and assign cleaning duties.
- Ensure auditoriums are cleaned and prepared before every movie show.
- Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, ticket counters, cafés, offices, staircases, and parking areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Monitor the availability of cleaning materials and raise purchase requests when required.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and timely disposal.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility issues.
- Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and daily cleaning checklists.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and resolve them promptly.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure deep cleaning schedules are followed regularly.
Required Skills
