Job Description:
Aries Events Pvt. Ltd., a leading B2B exhibition organizing company, is looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The role involves both inside sales (telephonic/email communication) and field sales (client meetings, lead conversion, etc.) for promoting our trade exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
- Visit prospective clients (B2B) and pitch exhibition participation opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential exhibitors
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain CRM and regular reporting of sales activity
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, or related fields
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
