Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through localized marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and motivate outside sales representatives.
- Set clear objectives and monitor daily activities to hit monthly regional goals..
- Coordinate with the sales team to align sales activities with revenue goals and territory plans.
- Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Track competitor trends to pivot localized field marketing and sales tactics.
- Analyzes territory performance and adjusts coverage strategies.
- Customize national marketing programs to fit local needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with product marketing to tailor messaging and materials for regional audiences.
- Stay updated on regional market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in field sales, demand generation, or regional sales.
- Proven experience managing events and executing successful regional campaigns.
- Strong communication, Negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50–70%).
