Job Descriptions:-
1. Electrician:-
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems. The candidate should have knowledge of electrical panels, DG, UPS, lighting systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
2. Plumber:-
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems. Candidate should be able to identify and resolve plumbing issues independently.
3. Fire Marshal:-
Responsible for implementing fire safety procedures, conducting fire drills, inspecting fire equipment, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
4. Fire Operator:-
Responsible for operating and monitoring fire alarm panels, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and maintaining daily fire safety records.
5. HVAC Operator:-
Responsible for operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation equipment.
6. Lift Operator:-
Responsible for safe operation and monitoring of elevators, reporting faults, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring smooth lift operations.
7. MLCP Operator:-
Responsible for operating Mechanical Car Parking Systems (MLCP), ensuring safe parking operations, performing routine checks, and reporting technical issues.
8. Valet:-
Responsible for safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles while maintaining professional behaviour and excellent customer service.
9. Technical Supervisor:-
Responsible for supervising technical staff, planning preventive maintenance, coordinating breakdown activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operation of all MEP services.
10. Housekeeping:-
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of common areas, offices, washrooms, and other assigned locations while following company hygiene standards.
11. Housekeeping Supervisor:-
Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, preparing duty rosters, ensuring quality of cleaning services, maintaining housekeeping materials, and handling client requirements.
12. Facility Manager:-
Responsible for overall facility operations including technical services, housekeeping, security, vendor management, client coordination, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
13. Property Manager:-
Responsible for managing residential/commercial properties, coordinating maintenance activities, handling resident/client complaints, supervising service providers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
14. Security Guard:-
We are looking for disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The candidate will be responsible for access control, visitor management, patrolling, frisking, monitoring CCTV (if applicable), maintaining security registers, reporting incidents, and responding promptly to emergencies. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a professional attitude, and be willing to work in rotational shifts.
15. Security Supervisor:-
We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and supervise security operations at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing security guards, preparing duty rosters, conducting inspections, ensuring proper access control, monitoring CCTV operations, handling emergency situations, coordinating with clients, preparing daily reports, conducting security briefings and training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Common Requirements:-
Qualification as per the respective trade.
Relevant experience in Facility Management preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Immediate joining candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
