JOB BRIEF
To drive sales growth across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho marketplaces through data-driven decision making, marketplace optimization, business analytics, product performance tracking and coordination with external marketing agencies, while identifying opportunities to scale revenue and profitability for Madhuras Recipe Club.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor and drive sales growth across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho platforms.
- Track daily business performance including sales, revenue, ROAS, CAC and product-level performance.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and participate in weekly review meetings.
- Monitor marketplace promotions, offers and campaign performance.
- Support pricing strategy, promotional planning and new product launches.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards.
- Track SKU-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze product profitability and provide business insights to management.
- Support inventory planning through sales forecasting and trend analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends.
- Work closely with Operations, Product Development and Content teams to improve business performance.
- Assist CEO in business analysis, reporting and growth initiatives.
- Track and monitor marketplace account health, ratings, reviews and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value and repeat purchases.
- This role may require travel of approximately 10–20% of the time, based on business needs, content shoots, events, vendor visits, or team activities
BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Strong understanding of Ecommerce business and online marketplaces.
b. Hands-on knowledge of Shopify Analytics.
c. Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
d. Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
e. Working knowledge of Meesho Seller Panel.
f. Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
g. Ability to create reports, dashboards and business trackers.
h. Strong analytical and numerical ability.
i. Good understanding of product profitability and business metrics.
j. Basic understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate and Customer Acquisition Cost.
k. Good communication skills (Written & Verbal).
l. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
m. Commercial mindset with strong business understanding.
n. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
o. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
p. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing or WhatsApp Marketing will be an added advantage.
