About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with an Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) background to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of IT and Systems Integration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards. The candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be willing to travel to project locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of IT and Systems Integration projects.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, software, networking, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, installations, testing, commissioning, and project support.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project documentation, project plans, MIS reports, status reports, meeting minutes (MOM), and progress updates.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.
- Ensure project documentation complies with company standards and quality procedures.
- Support project implementation, testing, commissioning, site surveys, inspections, and acceptance activities.
- Assist in project budgeting, resource planning, and project tracking activities.
- Coordinate material movement and ensure timely availability of project resources.
- Follow up with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Support project closure activities, documentation handover, and client sign-off.
- Travel to project locations for project coordination, implementation, inspections, and client meetings whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, IT Projects, Systems Integration, Infrastructure Projects, or Technical Operations.
- Good understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across India.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Airport Systems, ELV Systems, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Systems Integration Projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of networking, databases, APIs, and enterprise IT systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Travel to project sites as required)
Pay: ₹10,960.09 - ₹42,368.15 per month
