Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our racking and storage solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and client-handling skills along with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for racking and warehouse storage systems.
- Generate leads and convert prospective clients into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable storage solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with design, production and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and follow-ups to build strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, procurement teams and project stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales coordination and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or industrial product sales.
- Good understanding of racking systems and warehouse storage solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
