About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive with foundational experience in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing services, client needs, lead generation, and conversion processes. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and helping clients select the right digital marketing solutions to grow their brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.).
- Conduct introductory calls, understand client requirements, and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Support the end-to-end sales process including proposal creation, pricing discussions, and coordination with the technical/marketing teams.
- Maintain client relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups and providing ongoing support.
- Schedule and assist in client meetings, online demos, and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or IT services.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Web Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to identify client needs.
