Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how business processes align with technological systems. This role requires evaluating the existing operational state, engaging with stakeholders to capture their needs, and envisioning improved future processes or solutions. The position demands continuous research and information gathering to support informed decision-making and to facilitate seamless integration between business objectives and technology platforms. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential throughout the day to ensure that the business model evolves effectively in response to changing requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate process improvements and system changes clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between technical teams and business units.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within current business processes and propose mitigation strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business needs.
- Familiarity with process mapping and business modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration between business and technology teams.-

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
